I、MPH+INTRODUCTION

Alkaline water is getting more popular to customers. Because of short life of ordinary alkaline ball, alkaline beyond their control facing out. Moreover other functional ceramic ball (such as negative potential ball) can efficiently raise alkaline, but due to the high cost, most manufacturers cannot bear the cost, It is not suitable for to be as alkaline water functional materials.

In view of this situation, Muqi company with 13 years development manufacturing experience on ceramic ball joint Chinese Academy of Sciences and other institutes, we introduce new technology and developed one new type of MPH+ mineral alkaline ball specifically for water purifiers, filters, water pitcher manufacturers.

MPH+ minerals alkaline balls are made of natural mineral materials such as shells, applying the latest "micro-hole structure sustained-release " technology and multi-temperature roasting process, so MPH+ ball has a long service life, basic security control with lower cost, which is a new type of alkaline mineral ball, can be applied to water purification filter, clean kettle and elevation of alkaline products.

III、MPH+ Certifications

1、SGS Test     

Been tested by SGS organization, according to the inspection method of “Drinking Water Distribution and Water Distribution Equipment in Appendix A of the Code for Hygienic Safety Evaluation of Water for Drinking Water and Water Delivery Equipment and Protective Materials” (2001), put MUQI MPH + mineral alkaline ball in water, soaked 24 ± 1h under temperature 25 ± 5 ℃. The results showed that the indexes of chroma, turbidity, odor and taste, macroscopic substance, pH, total dissolved solids, oxygen consumption, arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury, chloroform and volatile phenols were in accordance with the standard.

1. Soaking Test

Detection process description: put 20g MPH + mineral alkaline ball in 100ML water, then test the water at 10 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours with of Korea HM Digital produced TDS test pen, ORP test pen, PH test pen:

Detection process description: This experiment simulates the service life of alkaline filter for home RO machine.

1) Experimental steps: Use new type MPH+ alkaline ball filled in T33 household filter, the flow rate is 100GPD 0.26L / min, the pure water flow through and record PH and TDS changes.

Up to now, 1200L pure water flowed, PH data is good, TDS stable at about 10.

2) The experiment will continue until PH <8.0 ends.

1、Guangzhou water purifier customers: Our company used the market alkaline ball before, but the alkaline is too unstable, the dissolution is particularly fast, ten days will have no effect. MPH + ball maintain water PH between 8.5-9 very stable, also dissolved potassium and other calcium and magnesium minerals, it can be used for more than 10 months, greatly reducing the cost of customer use.
